Sagebush RV Park in Willcox, AZ could have used some landscaping to spruce it up a bit, but sometimes all you need to be happy for a night or two is electricity, water, sewer, a laundry room, a grocery store, and someplace to go visit.

Chiricahua National Monument

Chiricahua National Monument (pronounced as cheer-i-cow-ah) is home to what the Apache called "standing up rocks" which were formed when super heated ash particles melted together to form layers of gray rock called rhyolite which was then sculpted by many years of weathering and erosion.

A number of the rocks have been named. This one probably already has another name, but I think it should be something like "Potato Head Man Who Guards Road."

We drove up to Massai Point at 6,870 feet where we had this view of a field of standing up rocks.
