Armitage is a very pleasant county park with nicely separated spaces and lots of open area.

It is a short walk to the McKenzie River, though there is little access, as the shoreline is brush covered, although there are numerous little pathways to the river's edge should you be interested in finding fishing spots.

We stayed in #4, which had just enough tree branches in the way such that our dome satellite failed to connect, though our manual unit positioned farther away from the trees did just fine.
