September 2007

Smith Rock State Park is a fairly small park with some fairly big rocks. To get some perspective, note that you can just see the trees in the canyon and the foot bridge over the Crooked River. This seems to be a very popular climbing area and there are numerous climbers making their way up the face but they are too small to even see in this view.

This is another group of rocks, though there didn't seem to be any climbers visible, nor did we see any of the Golden Eagles, though the signs indicated they were around.
